At the request of Nadra Bank, the largest national bank in Ukraine, MEDIACRAT was managing the creative aspects of the bank’s client-oriented magazine RASTI! [Grow!] in 2007-2008. The publication was targeted at small businesses, the bank’s crucial customer segment. The management of Nadra Bank decided to publish RASTI! after a very successful launch of the bank’s another client-oriented magazine PROTSVETAI!.

In its editorial approach to RASTI! MEDIACRAT focused on the personality factor: each issue always contained success stories of entrepreneurs who developed their businesses with financing from Nadra Bank. In addition, the publication offered practical tips, a brief tour of business planning technologies, budgeting and financial analysis.

The magazine’s layout was also based on the “personality factor”. RASTI! was designed using bright and cheerful colors. It was published in Russian and Ukrainian languages.
