At the request of HeadHunter, MEDIACRAT was managing creative and commercial aspects of A Guide for a Young Specialist magazine in 2007-2009. MEDIACRAT updated the publication’s editorial and design concepts.
A Guide for a Young Specialist became Russia’s first magazine featuring career advice and opportunities for students and young professionals. A high quality publication, combining professional content with infotainment approach, answered the vital career questions: “What is a dream company and how to become its best employee?”, “How to present yourself at the job interview?”, “What a person has to do today to become a CEO of a multi-million-dollar-revenue company in 10 years?”, etc.
The magazine was distributed in over 400 leading colleges and universities of Moscow and other regions of Russia; in student places: libraries, cafeterias, movie theaters, restaurants, Internet cafes; at specialized events: job fairs, conferences, forums; in HeadHunter and STAR Travel offices, as well as via direct mail to HR departments of the largest Russian and multinational corporations.
The first issue of a restyled Guide for a Young Specialist will hit the market in March 2008. The magazine has been published since 2002.
